Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute national strategy for Tooling Solutions and Industrial Supplies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • •Oversee industrial tooling rental performance across power tools, pneumatic tools, hand tools, tool tracking technology, testing/repair/certification, and related communication solutions.
  • •Direct Industrial Supplies and Consumables product areas including PPE, safety equipment, abrasives, hardware, gloves, and jobsite supplies.
  • •Own overall financial performance including P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, capital planning, and profitability analysis.
  • •Standardize operational processes and lead cross-functional partnerships to improve KPIs, vendor relationships, and customer experience across branches while traveling nationally (50–75%).

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive leadership experience in tooling, industrial distribution, equipment rental, construction supply, manufacturing, or a related industry.

  • •Strong financial literacy with demonstrated P&L management experience.
