Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support and client service via phone and email to associates across business units.
  • •Serve as the first point of contact for Operations/branch network situations.
  • •Research, troubleshoot, and resolve moderate-complexity technical issues from phone calls and emails.
  • •Assist with system administration tasks including user setup, role/permission setup, and error log monitoring.
  • •Analyze existing automated processes, support minor workflow and electronic form adjustments, and update process documentation using BPMN and DMN.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • •Preferred: BBA/BS in Management Information Systems, Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • •1–3 years of relevant support or client service experience in an enterprise, internship, or academic environment.
  • •Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • •Strong computer skills and basic understanding of IT infrastructure and web-based software applications.
