Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and guide ClickHouse and Langfuse users, customers, and prospects through cases, chat, Slack, community, and phone calls while meeting SLA requirements.
  • •Develop solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and open-source that can be shared through documentation, knowledge base, blogs, meetups, webinars, and training.
  • •Partner with global Support Services, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Product Management to define functionality needed by users and customers.
  • •Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, users, and customers through training and support.
  • •Escalate bugs to product engineering and help with deep technical integration questions inside customers’ codebases; close the loop once fixes ship.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with databases, OLAP, or distributed systems (e.g., ClickHouse, SQL engines, or cloud-native infrastructure).
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals and comfort reading code, debugging systems, and working with data pipelines (e.g., Kafka, Spark) or cloud infrastructure.
  • •Comfort supporting a global, remote-first team aligned to SLA coverage, on-call needs, and async communication.
  • •Experience building, debugging, or evaluating LLM-powered applications using tools such as Python, TypeScript, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or a Vercel AI SDK.
  • •Familiarity with LLM observability/eval tooling (e.g., tracing, prompt workflows, model provider APIs like OpenAI/Anthropic, or OpenTelemetry-style tracing) plus strong written communication for docs/guides.
