Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a high-energy store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors, then supervise coaching on sales training processes.
  • •Proactively resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and partner with store management on elevated issues.
  • •Support training for new hires and current employees on LS&Co culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, and store policies.
  • •Supervise store team in the absence of other management; set expectations and contribute to engagement, retention, and talent development.
  • •Handle cash handling and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor set, markdown, replenishment) and comply with store procedures while meeting daily sales and performance goals.
