Key Responsibilities

  • •1) Capitalization of fixed assets in the ERP system upon completion of asset acquisition, including verification and review of supporting documentation (invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and approval records).
  • •2) Coordination with procurement and project teams for timely capitalization and proper asset tagging.
  • •3) Preparation of schedules and workings for audit purposes related to fixed assets.
  • •4) Performing monthly intercompany reconciliation across group entities to identify and resolve mismatches in a timely manner.
  • •5) Verification of BRS on a periodic basis to ensure completeness and accuracy of bank balances as per books vs. bank statements.
