Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively identify and engage top-tier engineering talent using creative sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and developer communities.
  • •Craft highly personalised outreach that brings Deliveroo’s engineering challenges and culture to life.
  • •Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements, refine target profiles, and align on hiring priorities across engineering functions.
  • •Deliver seamless candidate handoffs to recruiters, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to interview stage.
  • •Use data to track pipeline health and outreach engagement, and continuously optimize sourcing strategies while providing talent market insights and benchmarks.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience sourcing technical talent (e.g., Backend, Frontend, Mobile) in-house or within a fast-paced tech recruitment agency.
  • •Strong research and candidate engagement skills using advanced boolean search techniques and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building collaborative partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • •Proactive, data-informed approach with an understanding of how sourcing metrics drive talent strategy and decision-making.
  • •Passion for fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion, with demonstrated experience embedding DE&I principles into sourcing pipelines.
