Perform paintless dent repair (PDR), cosmetic wheel restoration, and interior cosmetic reconditioning to help ensure every vehicle meets CarMax quality and safety standards. Follow detailed work instructions and standardized processes for consistent results, remove and replace vehicle parts as needed, and maintain a clean, orderly workspace in accordance with CarMax EH&S requirements. Deliver exceptional service to internal teams and customers while supporting additional tasks assigned by management.

•Perform advanced cosmetic repairs including PDR, wheel refinishing, and interior restoration to CarMax standards.
•Execute standardized processes and follow detailed work instructions for consistent quality.
•Remove and replace vehicle parts as needed during reconditioning.
•Deliver exceptional service to internal teams and external customers.
•Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.7 - 30.4 hourly
