Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, test, service, and decommission structured cabling systems including fiber optics, copper, communications, and other low voltage systems.
  • •Build and remove cabinets, racks, cable trays, pathways, and related data center infrastructure.
  • •Follow safety and quality standards to support accident-free operations and industry best practices.
  • •Read and execute technical plans by interpreting drawings, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines to meet design intent and customer requirements.
  • •Support the team by mentoring less experienced technicians, planning materials/tools/tasks, and communicating with supervisors and customer representatives.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • •3–5 years of telecom/structured cabling experience, with data center experience a strong plus.
  • •OSHA10 preferred (must obtain within 90 days).
  • •First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days.
  • •FOA or BICSI cabling certifications (or similar credentials) preferred.
