Job Summary

Provide onsite hardware engineering support for Resilient Connectivity Products by assisting engineers with ordering and kitting parts, coordinating hardware builds, and managing short-lead-time requests. Maintain parts-tracking spreadsheets, work with purchasing for quotes and lead times, and coordinate shipments and delivery documentation. Manage JIRA change control, create/track change requests and drawing redmarks, and support material induction/consumption with the customer owner property.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist engineers with ordering and kitting hardware parts for onsite hardware builds for Resilient Connectivity Products (RCP).
•Submit and coordinate short-lead-time requests and track lead status through procurement.
•Maintain parts-tracking spreadsheets and manage engineering supplies/asset tracking.
•Administer JIRA change control, including creating/tracking change requests and drawing redmarks.
•Coordinate shipments and create delivery documents to ensure successful delivery, including facilitating security access requests and material inductions/consumption.

Key Requirements

•HS Diploma or AA/AS (or other 2-year post–high school training) plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
•U.S. citizenship is required for access under the program/contract.
•Manufacturing experience.
•Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and O365 Outlook.
•Experience with project coordination and management skills.
