Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze workflows across operations, accounting, vendor management, and other business functions to map processes, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
  • •Design and implement quotation automation to reduce manual data entry and improve speed, accuracy, and consistency.
  • •Build AI-powered workflows to streamline recurring vendor communications, including drafting, follow-ups, tracking, and escalation with human review.
  • •Develop automations to reduce repetitive accounting data entry and improve data capture, transfer, categorization, validation, and exception handling.
  • •Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools and agents, integrate systems using APIs/webhooks/automation tools, test with safeguards, and document solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,800 - 2,300 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of experience in AI implementation, automation, business systems, software development, process improvement, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated experience building and implementing automations in real business environments.
  • •Experience conducting business or process analysis and translating findings into working solutions.
  • •Proven ability to take projects from initial problem identification through implementation and optimization.
  • •Import/export, logistics, international trade, or related industry experience is strongly preferred but not required.
