•Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
•Determine problem resolutions, implement improvements, and troubleshoot manufacturing-process issues.
•Develop detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow; research and develop new processes, equipment, and products.
•Develop and implement cost-saving measures and quality control systems, supported by production-data analysis and Demeter Pareto/heat map exercises.
•Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal regulations, and environmental and safety requirements; maintain documentation and prepare reports.

Salary: USD 78,300 - 97,900

Key Requirements

•Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
•4-5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
•Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing operations, processes, and machinery.
•Experience using CAD and CAM, plus data analysis programs and related software.
•Excellent verbal and written communication, plus strong organization and management skills.
