Key Responsibilities

•Support design, development, modernization, and sustainment of secure applications across DoD OIG hybrid IT environments, including re-hosting, refactoring, and re-architecting for cloud migration.
•Develop and maintain secure, scalable code using Agile, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices to comply with DoD cybersecurity and RMF standards.
•Perform unit and integration testing, support UAT, and contribute to technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (cybersecurity, infrastructure, database administrators) to ensure seamless deployment and operational continuity.
•Act as team lead for six system engineers and lead migration/refactoring efforts, including troubleshooting complex systems across technology stacks.
