Job Summary

Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer and senior leaders to drive corporate goals through financial forecasting and rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis. Own capital allocation decision support, identify value-creation initiatives, and assess investment and risk mitigation opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering operations, build scalable planning processes (including AI-enabled reporting), and lead monthly operating reviews. Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team.

•Deliver business partnership to the Chief Marketing Officer and marketing executives to maintain near-term and long-term financial operating plans.
•Perform data-driven analysis to evaluate value creation initiatives, investment opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
•Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering operations to plan and execute complex cross-functional initiatives.
•Build scalable processes and systems, leveraging AI tools to enhance financial visibility, control, and planning effectiveness.
•Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, lead operating review meetings with VP/EVPs, and hire, develop, and lead a team.

Salary: USD 118,720 - 212,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Ability to influence executive-level decisions and clearly present distilled concepts.
•Strong initiative and intellectual curiosity with proven analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.
