Job Summary

Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Business Unit by owning Daily Management Systems, improving equipment reliability, and advancing digital tools. Partner cross-functionally to analyze KPIs, prioritize improvement initiatives, lead structured problem solving, and deliver small projects and capital initiatives supporting safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Develop employee capability in standards and technical understanding, and provide direct oversight of assigned team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and sustain Daily Management Systems for the Business Unit, including creation, deployment, and maintenance of standards.
•Apply technical knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic equipment to improve reliability.
•Analyze data across Key Performance Indicators to identify, prioritize, and track improvement initiatives.
•Lead small groups through structured problem solving and manage small projects using the Conagra Performance System.
•Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other partners to deliver capital project initiatives and provide team oversight.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 64,000 - 95,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
