Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute low to moderate complexity experimental workflows with some supervision, including cfDNA extraction and NGS library preparation on manual and automated platforms.
  • •Assist in designing, planning, and executing experiments supporting development and verification/validation of oncology assays.
  • •Maintain detailed electronic laboratory notebooks and accurate lab records using tools including Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and internal databases.
  • •Analyze and interpret experimental data using appropriate statistical and analytical tools.
  • •Draft study documentation (protocols, reports, SOPs, and work instructions) and coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry or related field with a minimum of 4 years of laboratory and/or relevant industry experience, or an MS with 0–2 years relevant experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with DNA extraction from biological samples (blood, plasma, tissue) and BLS1/BLS2.
  • •Hands-on experience with nucleic acid techniques including purification, quantification, and amplification using PCR/qPCR, Quant-IT/Qubit, and BioAnalyzer or TapeStation.
  • •Strong NGS library preparation experience and familiarity with Illumina sequencing platforms are highly preferred.
  • •Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced lab with minimal errors, manage multiple priorities, and communicate results clearly.
