Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business users and internal technology teams to deliver high-quality banking solutions.
  • •Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable technical solutions.
  • •Design and develop applications and backend services using Java, Spring Boot, React, REST APIs, and DB2/SQL.
  • •Test, deploy, and support applications, including unit and system integration tests and participation in design/code/test reviews.
  • •Investigate application and database issues, recommend solutions, drive issues to resolution, and support production implementations while promoting knowledge sharing and engineering practices.

Key Requirements

  • •At least seven years of experience designing, developing, or supporting banking applications.
  • •Hands-on development experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, and REST APIs.
  • •Strong DB2 knowledge, including SQL development, query optimization, stored procedures, and database troubleshooting.
  • •Experience across the software delivery lifecycle, including technical design, code reviews, testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
  • •Good system design knowledge (including microservices and integration patterns) and cloud concepts (including AWS services).
