Key Responsibilities

  • •Owns all system engineering scope for XTR-2.
  • •Develops, maintains, and controls system-level requirements and leads requirement flow-down to subsystem tech leads.
  • •Leads system architecture, system concept refinement, and configuration management, including software architecture and life-cycle engineering activities.
  • •Manages system-level ICDs, requirement changes, and traceability (e.g., DOORS) and owns integration planning including V&V strategy.
  • •Leads system-level design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR inputs) and ensures readiness of subsystem artifacts, complying with program standards and customer expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • •Experience managing project/program cost, schedule and risk, or with Earned Value Management, Risk & Opportunity, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) or Integrated Master Plan (IMP) tools.
  • •Experience with proposal or capture efforts.
  • •Experience with technical and financial data and reporting, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. Government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required.
