Lead Infant Teacher

Lead a mixed-age infant classroom (0–3) in a Montessori environment by preparing and maintaining a supportive, orderly space, observing each child’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development, and honoring natural rhythms for sleep, eating, and toileting. Support independence through hands-on participation in care activities, build strong relationships with families, and partner with the classroom team to create a respectful community while helping lay the foundation for lifelong learning.
