Job Summary

Own budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, and performance reporting for the Sports asset portfolio, supporting the Director FP&A across construction and development-stage finance. Lead TDC baselines, cash-flow projections, driver-based models, and funding strategy alignment. Drive system-led automation and standardization using SAP and PRISM, serving as the financial integrator across Development, PMO, Commercial, Risk, Treasury, Construction, and IT, and deliver ExCo/Board dashboards with early-warning indicators.

Key Responsibilities

•Support annual, multi-year, and rolling budgeting processes across assets and BUs, including pre-development and construction/delivery phases
•Manage project accounting and financial control in SAP and PRISM, including budget uploads, transfers, commitment creation, accrual postings, reconciliations, and audit trails
•Lead planning and decision support for asset feasibility and development-stage business planning, including option analysis and scenario/stress testing
•Deliver consolidated BU-level reporting and dashboards (ExCo/Board), embedding early-warning indicators for cost, program, and cash pressures
•Act as DFA lead for SAP and PRISM systems, driving automation and standardization of budget/forecast/actual reporting and data models

Key Requirements

•10–15+ years’ experience in budgeting, FP&A, or development finance within construction, real estate development, infrastructure or large capital projects
•Hands-on experience in construction project accounting, cost control and TDC management
•Experience coordinating with Development, Construction, PMO and Commercial teams in multi-stakeholder environments
•Track record of finance systems automation, particularly SAP and PRISM in project environments
•Professional qualification preferred (CA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA)
