Job Summary

Lead the development of Tax and FCP reporting solutions as part of an agile team, maximizing value delivered to stakeholders. Own and communicate product backlog items, drive transparent prioritization, and serve as the primary interface between the delivery team and the wider organization. Coordinate dependencies with other product owners and teams, oversee product development progress, and contribute to the strategic agenda for the area.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, clarify, and communicate product backlog items.
•Lead transparent prioritization and act as the primary interface between the team and the wider organization.
•Support and manage stakeholders and bring their voice to the delivery team.
•Oversee the team’s development and evaluate product development progress.
•Coordinate deliveries and dependencies with other product owners and teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,550 - 5,350 monthly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Lead, or in a similar role, ideally within Finance, Financial Crime Prevention (FCP), Regulatory Reporting, or Data.
•Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to interact successfully across all levels of the organization.
•Strong strategic thinking and an innovative mindset.
•Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability.
•Strong analytical skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.
