Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and surveil daily customer activity
  • •Handle daily operational tasks including trading, new accounts, and cash management; manage crypto trading executions and exceptions
  • •Assist with customer onboarding (KYC and account approval) and review general ledger accounts for discrepancies
  • •Support the Anti-Money Laundering program and investigations from suspicious activity
  • •Proactively drive changes across workflows, policies and tools and communicate effectively with partners

  • •3+ years of relevant experience in a broker-dealer, financial services, trading or cryptocurrency operations role
