Design and lead qualitative research for employee listening, using methods like focus groups, interviews, ethnography, and thematic analysis to explain employee experience and talent strategy “why.” Partner with researchers and Talent stakeholders to complement survey data, build scalable qualitative approaches for a global organization, and synthesize findings into actionable insights. Collaborate on mixed-methods deep dives with quantitative sentiment and ensure culturally sensitive, rigorous study design and analysis.
