Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate participant recruitment end-to-end across panel providers to source the right participants.
•Monitor recruitment progress and quotas, flag issues early (e.g., slow recruitment, drop-off, quality concerns), and troubleshoot with panel partners.
•Review participant interviews for quality and fraud signals, ensuring only valid responses are counted.
•Review and quality-check discussion guides before studies go live and perform QA across active projects.
•Track study status across multiple live studies and communicate proactively to raise risks early while building repeatable operational habits.
