Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and prioritize high-value financial data algorithm problems, assessing approaches for effectiveness, cost, and long-term maintainability.
  • •Design, train, evaluate, and optimize financial data and knowledge algorithms for user query understanding, document understanding, entity recognition/linking, event detection, and quality scoring.
  • •Develop multi-channel retrieval, relevance modeling, and financial ranking algorithms that balance relevance, timeliness, authority, popularity, quality, and query intent.
  • •Build datasets, labeling systems, and evaluation benchmarks for market data, fundamentals, earnings/announcements, news, research reports, and licensed investment research while managing bias, noise, conflicts, and change.
  • •Deploy and continuously improve models and pipelines in production using offline/online evaluation frameworks and techniques such as fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, preference optimization, and active learning.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in financial data, brokerage/trading platforms, research institutions, wealth management, or fintech algorithm development.
  • •Experience extracting, linking, event detection, or quality evaluation for financial content such as earnings reports, announcements, research reports, and news.
  • •Experience with financial large model post-training, reinforcement learning, knowledge graphs, multimodal document understanding, or data agent optimization.
  • •Experience with active learning, weak supervision, human feedback loops, or large-scale data labeling and evaluation systems.
  • •Experience in cross-market or cross-language model transfer, or independent evaluation and calibration across markets.
