Drives multi-state and international workforce initiatives, scalable processes, and data-driven decisions with a player-coach leadership style to scale a high-growth SaaS organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the operational backbone of the People function, including total rewards, HR systems, compliance, people analytics, and Finance partnership.
•Lead the evolution of compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive, scalable, and aligned to business goals.
•Oversee salary benchmarking, leveling, calibration, and rewards strategy in partnership with Finance.
•Ensure compliance across federal, state, local, and international employment requirements and revise policies accordingly.
•Leverage people data and AI tools to surface actionable workforce insights and translate trends into recommendations and measurable action.
