Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the operational backbone of the People function, including total rewards, HR systems, compliance, people analytics, and Finance partnership.
  • •Lead the evolution of compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive, scalable, and aligned to business goals.
  • •Oversee salary benchmarking, leveling, calibration, and rewards strategy in partnership with Finance.
  • •Ensure compliance across federal, state, local, and international employment requirements and revise policies accordingly.
  • •Leverage people data and AI tools to surface actionable workforce insights and translate trends into recommendations and measurable action.
