Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, run, and adjust manufacturing equipment to produce plastic film and bag products in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • •Follow and support safety compliance, including GMP and HACCP policies, and conduct daily section inspections.
  • •Perform required quality checks, interpret standards, and adjust settings to maintain product specifications and reduce scrap.
  • •Optimize equipment settings to maximize production yields and minimize downtime; execute timely changeovers.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •3 to 6 months experience as a Production Packer and/or 3 to 6 months experience working in manufacturing in a related field.
  • •Understanding of manufacturing processes for plastic film and bag production, including operating extruders, air rings, and printers.
  • •Follow GMP and HACCP policies and company safety standards; support daily section inspections.
  • •Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments, read and interpret work orders, and perform forklift operations.
