Retail Area Leader I or II- Charleston WV

Lead and coach a region of retail bank branches (about 14–27) to deliver sales and service goals. Drive continuous improvements in retail and small-business sales effectiveness through coaching, counseling, feedback, reinforcement, and support of sales and credit cultures. Partner across lines of business to support client outcomes, monitor performance using management reports, and develop plans to close gaps while ensuring consistent execution of the Client Engagement Model.
