LOB Principal Business Analyst

Lead liaison work between the line of business, operations, and IT across the project lifecycle. Analyze non-standard business and user needs, document requirements, and coordinate solutions for complex system and production issues. Act as a team leader for assigned projects, guide planning/testing/implementation for system enhancements and conversions, and improve operational procedures with an emphasis on automation and efficiency, while supporting risk and customer experience expectations.
