Cargo Sales Officer

Drive Etihad Cargo’s commercial and operational strategy in the assigned market and accounts. Lead and coordinate an insource team to meet revenue, load factor, yield, and product mix targets, while building and steering customer relationships and contract portfolios. Use market intelligence and KPI/SLA tools to ensure service-level compliance, support budgeting and credit controls, and roll out initiatives including iCargo, self-service, direct booking, and E-Airway Bill capabilities.
