Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-ground support and firsthand contact for station management on process improvements and benchmarking.
  • •Lead effective change processes and contribute to network standardization via best-practice sharing.
  • •Monitor logistics and delivery success using station and on-road performance indicators.
  • •Set up action plans and execute them to drive performance toward benchmark rates.
  • •Drive successful order execution to positively influence customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • •Knowledge of Lean methodologies.
  • •Experience driving projects to improve operations and support-related processes.
  • •Experience using the MS Office suite, especially Excel.
