Job Summary

Product Manager for Voice leads the design and delivery of real-time, human-quality AI conversations. You will define the voice interaction model, build reliable streaming systems, own the voice stack with ASR/TTs/LLMs, measure performance, and translate real-world usage into product direction across telephony and live production environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the voice interaction model and how agents handle real-time conversations, including turn-taking, interruptions, latency, tone, and recovery from errors.
•Build reliable real-time systems by working with engineering on streaming architectures, latency budgets, and failure handling to ensure fast and consistent production responses.
•Own the voice stack experience by coordinating across ASR, TTS, LLMs, and telephony integrations and making decisions on model choices and orchestration.
•Make voice measurable and improvable by defining evaluation metrics (latency, interruption handling, resolution rate, conversation quality) and building feedback loops.
•Translate real-world usage into product direction by engaging with customers deploying voice agents and turning edge cases into product improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 390,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of product management experience, with meaningful exposure to real-time systems, voice, or AI products
•Experience shipping voice or real-time products - you understand the constraints of latency, streaming systems, and user expectations in synchronous interactions
•Strong technical depth - ability to engage deeply with engineers on system design (e.g., speech pipelines, streaming infra, telephony systems, reliability tradeoffs)
•Experience working with AI systems - familiarity with LLMs, speech-to-text, or text-to-speech systems and their limitations in production environments
•Track record of 0→1 product development - comfortable operating in ambiguous spaces and iterating quickly to reach product-market fit
