Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate and drive applied science initiatives through completion with business impact.
  • •Architect and deploy machine learning systems and algorithms to production.
  • •Design and execute experiments, collecting and analyzing data to characterize product and marketing.
  • •Analyze structured and unstructured observational and experimental data to understand marketplace dynamics.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally and provide technical mentorship while balancing execution speed with scientific rigor.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,625 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Expert knowledge of machine learning techniques applied to search, ranking, and matching problems.
  • •Experience with NLP techniques, including familiarity with modern LLM designs and tools.
  • •Ability to read, write, and debug code in programming languages such as Python.
  • •Strong understanding of probability and statistics, including experimental design, optimization, and causal inference.
