Lead and scale Braze’s design function as a strategic, conceptual, and operational pillar of the Creative and Brand organization. Build and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary design team; set a clear quality bar; mentor leaders; and design scalable systems and processes. Partner with strategy, brand, and marketing to ensure visuals are rooted in strategy and aligned with business objectives while maintaining craft at scale.
