Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver safe, appropriate nursing care to a defined patient population using the nursing process and established care regimes.
  • •Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring outcomes against patient care goals, and recommending adjustments when needed.
  • •Perform patient assessments and provide basic assessment skills to determine normal versus abnormal characteristics; initiate emergency procedures when indicated.
  • •Administer medications and therapeutic agents, perform skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and initiate peripheral venous access.
  • •Provide and accurately document direct and indirect care in the electronic medical record, and communicate with care teams to support patient safety and continuity of care.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years total work experience and 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
  • •1 year of experience in GCC (preferred).
  • •Ability to assess patient signs, symptoms, reactions, and behaviors to distinguish normal vs abnormal characteristics.
  • •Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and ability to apply them to comply with governing requirements (QCHP and others).
  • •Prefer ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required for success.
