Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor to Engineering leadership, providing candid, data-driven counsel on organizational, talent, and leadership decisions.
•Translate business priorities into a clear, integrated people strategy across organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development.
•Lead high-impact, data-driven initiatives including organizational design, talent assessment, succession planning, and retention strategies.
•Coach Engineering leaders to elevate leadership effectiveness, team performance, and organizational health.
•Guide teams through growth and transformation, helping leaders navigate ambiguity while maintaining momentum and engagement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 154,000 - 202,600 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including direct support of VP+ leaders.
•Strong experience partnering with Engineering organizations, with a clear understanding of technical talent, team structures, and operating models.
•Proven ability to build credibility and influence Engineering leadership.
•Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
•Strong business and data acumen, with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations and actions.
