Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure customer satisfaction during onboarding and act as the main point of contact for Account Managers during post-onboarding.
  • •Coordinate onboarding responsibilities for enterprise and fund customers, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • •Be part of the execution of complex post-close operations processes, including capital calls, distributions, and recurring investor reporting.
  • •Collaborate with module owners and own projects to improve workflows that enhance the quality and speed of delivery.
  • •Support the onboarding process for at least two fund migrations and two new fund setups.
