Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain a comprehensive supply plan using demand signals, inventory positions, target stock levels, and distribution center replenishment requirements.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver replenishment plans, customer PSI reporting, predictive OTIF reporting, and exception management for the assigned business unit.
  • •Translate demand requirements into actionable supply plans, identify supply risks, and recommend mitigations to prevent service disruptions and inventory issues.
  • •Review and validate system-generated planned orders to ensure alignment with production requirements and successful conversion into process orders within the production scheduling horizon.
  • •Manage supply planning activities for third-party manufacturers and monitor aging finished goods inventory to minimize risk and prevent recurrence.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualification in Supply Chain, Business/Commercial or a related field.
  • •3-4 years of experience in planning roles within the supply chain function.
  • •Advanced MS Office and systems skills.
  • •SAP is highly advantageous.
  • •Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to resolve complex issues under tight deadlines.
