Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Events Manager and Events Specialist in managing the events calendar and projects from planning to on-site execution.
  • •Coordinate invitations/registration, on-ground logistics and transportation, VIP hotel accommodations, hospitality guest lists, and related arrangements.
  • •Ensure brand and business messages are integrated into events, including on-site branding and activation, in line with approved brand guidelines.
  • •Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective budget use and timely delivery; coordinate internal/external teams for on-time event deliverables.
  • •Complete pre- and post-event reports with recommendations and evaluation; stay up-to-date on events systems and maintain organized project documentation in OneDrive.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
  • •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing & Media Communication (or related fields).
  • •Proven marketing experience in a multi-national organisation handling events, including hospitality industry experience.
  • •Proficient communicator and negotiator, adaptable under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
  • •Ability to project manage events and manage multiple issues with supervisory skills to get results from supplier staff.
