Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the Quality and Commissioning (QCx) Program with onsite client stakeholders and general contractor teams, aligned to new program initiatives under guidance from the Commissioning Program Manager.
  • •Act as an on-site active manager for the Quality and Commissioning Program, supporting the client stakeholder and commissioning agent with leadership of the quality program.
  • •Serve as the single point of contact for Owner Quality and Commissioning site-level support on execution of program requirements.
  • •Manage checklist activities and functional testing, and provide commissioning reporting.
  • •Handle commissioning vendor management, resource coordination, document and schedule review, and review commissioning change orders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, Telecom, Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction and commissioning.
  • •Demonstrable commissioning expertise gained through project execution within a major contractor, operator, or consultancy.
  • •Preferred experience in data center commissioning.
  • •Experience supporting quality and commissioning programs on EPCm projects, with a focus on schedule, safety, and quality.
