Job Summary

Operate and maintain a floater in spring and fall while driving as needed, applying fertilizer and crop protection products under general supervision. Deliver products to customers, educate customers on field application and techniques, and support sales by ensuring orders are correct. Handle related warehouse duties (loader/forklift, maintenance), complete required inspections and documentation, and ensure compliance with DOT and other federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Apply fertilizer and crop protection products, including using a high clearance sprayer or floater as needed.
•Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
•Work with customers professionally and educate them on products, techniques, and ongoing support.
•Assist sales staff by ensuring orders are correct and customer needs are met.
•Perform warehouse and vehicle-related work, including driving loader/forklift, maintenance, completing inspections, and ensuring compliance with laws and hours of service.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in agriculture production, operations, and/or agriculture application.
•Meet minimum age requirement.
•Read, write, and communicate in English; understand highway traffic signs and signals.
•Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card.
•Ability to work additional hours, including overnight stays and occasional weekends.
