Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 7+ years’ experience in safeguarding functions such as operational risk management (non-financial risk) and/or resilience, or project management.
•Experience with Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, or internal risk & controls frameworks, including designing/implementing risk and control frameworks and understanding risk methodologies.
•Experience conducting risk assessments, monitoring/reporting, internal controls testing, or implementing mitigation solutions.
•Proven track record in project management, change management, business transformation, or initiative development and implementation, including client-facing consulting experience.
