Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assigned proposal pursuits from kickoff through submission, including planning, coordination, reviews, compliance checks, debriefs, and on-time delivery.
  • •Support proposal strategy, win themes, messaging, and positioning in collaboration with US stakeholders, technical SMEs, and graphics teams.
  • •Identify proposal risks, content gaps, and compliance issues early, and coordinate timely resolution.
  • •Manage proposal stakeholders by coordinating US teams, SMEs, graphics, and GCC proposal teams on milestones, reviews, and submission timelines; handle issues and escalations.
  • •Provide day-to-day leadership, quality oversight, and decision support to proposal coordinators; coach the team and manage capacity/resources across active pursuits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in proposal development, bid management, proposal coordination, or a similar work-winning environment.
  • •Strong proposal and pursuit management capability, including compliance, review governance, and deadline-driven delivery.
  • •Excellent writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills with close attention to detail.
  • •Experience leading teams—managing capacity, coaching employees, and overseeing proposal delivery quality.
