Provide front-office application support for critical Fixed Income Sales & Trading platforms across EMEA, ensuring stability, availability, and performance of electronic trading applications. Manage production incidents, conduct problem investigations and root-cause analysis, and work toward permanent resolution of recurring issues. Support platforms including TOMS, eTOMS, and ION Anvil, partnering with traders, sales, technology teams, and external vendors in a fast-paced environment.
