Job Summary

Support engineering, analysis, and validation of Core Network mobile solutions across 4G/5G/IMS, including EPC, 5GC, and VoLTE/VoNR. Contribute to technical documentation (HLD, LLD, message flows, procedures), participate in lab/field testing, and help analyze new network functions and service introductions. Work on troubleshooting with senior support by examining logs, signaling traces, and KPIs, while continuously studying 3GPP and GSMA requirements and collaborating with multi-team, multi-vendor stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Support engineering, analysis, and validation of Core Network solutions for 4G/5G/IMS.
•Contribute to defining, drafting, and updating technical documentation for Core Network architectures (HLD, LLD, guidelines, message flows, implementation procedures).
•Participate in lab and/or field testing of mobile network components, focusing on Core Network 4G/5G.
•Support technical analysis of new features, network changes, and introduction of new services.
•With senior support, perform troubleshooting by analyzing logs, signaling traces, and KPIs; collaborate with project teams for design and validation improvements.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of experience in telecommunications, testing, operations, or related fields.
•Basic knowledge of 4G/5G mobile networks and IP networking/transport protocols.
•Interest in EPC, 5GC, IMS, VoLTE/VoNR, and Mobile Private Networks architectures.
•Knowledge of mobile network protocols including SS7, Diameter, GTPv2, and SIP.
•Basic troubleshooting, log/KPI analysis, and experience with tools such as Wireshark, plus good technical English.
