•Guide daily store operations and hourly associates to accomplish excellent customer service and maximize sales, including when management is absent.
•Provide one-on-one and small group training for Sales Associates on product knowledge, store activities, job duties, and policies.
•Assist with documentation for applicants and new hires, and support staff development aligned to division goals.
•Assist with merchandising and product displays on windows, showcases, and the sales floor to attract attention and promote sales.
•Operate within POS processes and perform regular sales transactions while addressing customer complaints and returned merchandise to resolve problems and maintain good public relations.

Key Requirements

•Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
•3 to 6 months retail experience is preferred.
•Ability to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and a point of sale (POS) system.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings, and statutory holidays.
