Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide IT support to users and manage queries via a ticketing system
  • •Maintain documentation and comply with organizational rules and guidelines
  • •Adhere to strict change control procedures
  • •Collaborate with Systems Engineers and Sr. Systems Engineers in a group setting
  • •Support and administer Microsoft 365 and related infrastructure (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD)

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of IT experience (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, Systems Administration)
  • •End User/Desktop Support: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, desktop and mobile device troubleshooting
  • •Experience with Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD)
  • •Systems Administration: Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy; familiarity with Citrix XenApp
  • •Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/DMZ/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, Firewalls); MSP environment familiarity
