Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based cardiovascular care with clinical excellence, leading cardiology quality improvement and multidisciplinary collaboration. Assess and diagnose acute and complex cardiovascular conditions, interpret key diagnostics (e.g., ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, imaging), and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure patient safety and protocol adherence, manage clinical incidents, mentor junior physicians, and support the strategic growth of cardiovascular capabilities across physical and virtual care.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and complex cardiovascular conditions, including timely differential diagnosis and escalation when needed.
•Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and adjust therapy based on patient response across outpatient and virtual follow-up.
•Drive clinical quality and patient safety through audits, peer reviews, incident reporting/investigation, and adherence to CBAHI/JCI standards.
•Coordinate multidisciplinary care, participate in MDT meetings, and ensure clear communication and continuity across care settings.
•Mentor junior physicians and support strategic development of Bupa CareConnect’s cardiovascular care capabilities across physical and virtual settings.

Key Requirements

•Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments using patient history, physical exam, and review of diagnostic investigations.
•Interpret ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, cardiac imaging, and relevant laboratory results to form accurate diagnoses.
•Develop evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions, including optimizing pharmacological therapy.
•Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and accreditation requirements (CBAHI, JCI).
•Maintain active SCFHS professional licensure and meet continuing medical education (CME) requirements.
