Drive the digital transformation of Allianz claims processes across Benelux, translating claims needs into well-designed platform features for multiple segments. Align stakeholders across business and leadership, shape the product roadmap in line with regional and global strategy, and coordinate a multidisciplinary, cross-border team. Strengthen Agile delivery practices by developing SAFe working methods to improve speed and quality of claims platform delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate claims needs into IT solutions by defining platform features for Retail, KMO, Midcorp, and Corporate segments.
•Align business owners and leadership to set priorities and keep delivery on track across segments.
•Shape and contribute to the digital claims roadmap aligned with regional and global Allianz strategy.
•Coordinate a multidisciplinary team across disciplines and borders to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
•Develop SAFe working practices within the team to improve delivery speed and quality.
