Key Responsibilities

  • •Own classified program planning and execution for a Spacetime engineering effort, resolving cross-system dependencies and technical tradeoffs across mission phases.
  • •Serve as the primary programmatic interface with a cleared government customer, communicating program status, risk, and decisions across classified and unclassified channels.
  • •Run the program operating rhythm (kickoffs, technical reviews, exec readouts) to align Engineering, Product, and Solutions Engineering on decisions and status.
  • •Translate customer and mission requirements into actionable engineering plans, including critiquing design documents and reasoning about latency, throughput, scaling, and failure-mode tradeoffs.
  • •Steward classified information and CUI, follow security and export-control (ITAR/EAR) requirements, coordinate risk/escalations, and manage contract reporting and financial tracking at the MEL level.

Key Requirements

  • •Active TS/SCI clearance in good standing (TS/SCI with polygraph strongly preferred).
  • •5+ years in technical program management/engineering program management delivering complex technical platforms, ideally for U.S. Government or defense/space customers.
  • •Demonstrated technical depth to read and critique design documents and engage engineers on architecture, scaling, and failure-mode tradeoffs as a peer.
  • •Track record delivering genuinely technical programs (e.g., infrastructure migrations, API/interface contracts, cross-system dependency resolution, multi-team technical rollouts).
  • •Experience managing complex project financials and strict contractual reporting (T&M, FFP, or cost-type contracts), plus U.S. citizenship required to hold and maintain the clearance.
