Job Summary

Support Finance and Order-to-Cash stakeholders by delivering governed, scalable analytics solutions within a centralized Center of Excellence. Develop and maintain automated data workflows, support enterprise reporting assets, and ensure data integrity across SAP and Salesforce. Operate within governance, intake, and release processes to translate operational needs into production-ready analytics assets.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver and support scalable analytics solutions using Alteryx and Power BI, partnering with Finance and OTC stakeholders to translate operational needs into governed reporting and analytics assets.
•Design, build, and maintain Alteryx workflows and automated data pipelines leveraging SAP, OTC, and Salesforce data to enable repeatable, production-ready reporting processes.
•Manage analytics request intake, prioritization, and issue resolution through established CoE governance and tracking mechanisms.
•Ensure data integrity and consistency across source systems, transformation workflows, and published reporting artifacts through validation, reconciliation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
•Execute recurring analytics operations, including scheduled dataset refreshes, monitoring, performance optimization, and production support.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of office experience;
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
•5+ years of experience supporting OTC operations or systems with understanding of end-to-end OTC workflows and controls.
•Experience leveraging analytics and reporting tools to prepare, transform, and support enterprise data (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) for operational and financial reporting.
•Hands-on analytics workflow/tools experience with Alteryx and Power BI (preferred)
